The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is primarily the sum total "2030 Agenda" initiatives at scope levels below the international one. For each country j this means achieving goals and targets which are most pressing. Sectors, businesses and households are recommended to adopt scaled down versions of Collaborative Planning Methodology - #pi9 prior to investing, executing, performing and measuring. The country owned initiatives follow the 2030 Agenda(j) (per country) "pattern", likewise we refer by 2030 Agenda(j,k), to the initiatives of local government k in country j, by Agenda(l) to the intiatives of sector l, etc. Note that as a "macro level planning unit" is in step #CPM05 - Perform and measure for a year or quarter j, it is at a plateau "operations pl(i)".
